Matt is the trainer of the PBS training program, and he demonstrated excellent knowledge in both the theoretical and practical aspects of the course. He clearly highlighted the most important points in the theory section, using real-life examples to help us understand the reasoning behind certain behaviors and concerns. In the practical component, he presented and demonstrated the techniques professionally, guiding us on which areas to focus on and improve. His feedback helped refine our skills effectively.
