RRN Level 3 - Positive Behaviour Support & Physical Interventions Reviews

This has been an insightful training I have had ever. I have a learnt a lot about the positive behaviour in children and young people. Now I can these invaluable skills in real situations.

An amazing course with such passionate trainers (Ben and John). The course was delivered with the philosophy of Sherwood and the trainers own experience which made it come to life. All material was valuable and the break aways and restraints were taught to a high standard. I feel confident to continue the positive behaviour support in school. Thank you for such a refreshing course.

Excellent course. Delivered at a good pace. Outlining the foundations of excellent behaviour management and understanding behavior. Equipping learners with an overall understanding of different behaviour. Two trainers were brilliant in delivering the course. I believe this type of training needs to be more frequent. To help staff with there overall well-being to support working in challenging conditions.

It's good that someone who actually implements pbs in their school currently is helping to teach it. Fiona was extremely knowledgeable and I found it a positive that she could relate questions to real world scenario's she has gone through

The course was highly informative and the trainer was very engaging and accommodated to all staff. All answers were answered clearly and Fiona ensured that everyone was understanding of what was said/done.

A lot of theory, but this is required and understandable. Trainers broke this theory up well with activities and discussion. Trainers had relevant anecdotes to contextualise information, strategies and techniques.

Feel more secure that I have everyone's needs in the front of my mind. I feel I am more able to be person centered whilst supporting a child or young person. More confident that I am keeping everyone safe.

I felt that the course was very clear and informative. Fiona and Shaun were both very welcoming and understanding of our setting and the needs of the pupils. Both trainers were bubbly and lead the 3 days fantastically.
