Very Knowledgeable tutor with lots of experience which greatly allows us to think of situations we may have been in and how we can de-escalate and solve situations in the future. kirstie brings some fun to the course so and is able to answer any questions. The course is very informative, is indepth and is interesting. I have been on multiple courses and this is far the best and the most up to date. Thank you for teaching me the correct skills of de-escalation and least restrictive intervention.

There is a lot of new information and techniques which I willingly take back to my team and the wider Trust. Kirstie is inspiring with. her positive attitude energy. I love the solution focused approach leaning, which always keeping the patient at the centre of all care needs. Kirstie has a dynamic approach to training which makes it a memorable course experience.

The course was very informative, well planned and delivered.

Overall i thought the traning was fun and informative. This was due to Leigh, as she has a lovely many about herself and explained in a way most people can understand.

Good course, very informative. Learnt alot of new things and some really good breakaway and RPI techniques as well as having two very good course leaders. Content offered was high quality, would recommend the course to anyone who needed positive behaviour training.
