Amazing work from the trainers, they were absolutely fantastic and gave everything towards impacting and improving the new skills shown.

Very good course and the trainers presented the course very well and explained everything in using common language. The breakaways and holds we was put through our paces and not just allowed to say we know the holds and breakaways like other courses.

Everything was fine about the course but the only problem was the venue The venue is not appropriate for this course

Lee was amazing. I've come from no care background and he made me feel confident and measured with everything I did. I can't thank Lee enough . I feel really confident moving forward in my new career. Thankyou isherwood and thankyou Lee.

Lee delivered all of the literature extremely positively, keeping everyone in the group engaged. Not only did all of the slides make sense they were explained well along with some little stories from his own experience. If asked I would definitely recommend this product and training method to others.

The training delivered was interesting, effective and very interactive. Lee involved every individual and made it suited to each person. I found him to be an amazing individual, a great trainer and his energy brought light to the entire course. A great people person and it’s the first time I actually enjoyed coming out for staff training. It was well thought out and I feel very confident in every aspect taught through lees explanation skills and interactive skills. Lee deserves all praise given!! I recently attended a training session on Positive Behaviour Support, physical intervention, and de-escalation led by Lee. The experience was incredibly impactful. The trainer showcased deep knowledge and a passion for the subject, making complex concepts accessible and engaging through real-world examples and interactive exercises for the team. Both to inexperienced and experienced staff. What stood out most was the emphasis on empathy and respect in managing challenging behaviors. This approach not only taught us effective intervention techniques but also highlighted the importance of maintaining dignity in every interaction. This training has significantly boosted the confidence and capability in de-escalating difficult situations while providing compassionate support. Kudos to Lee for delivering such a high-quality and transformative learning experience.
