Lee was so insightful and passionate about what he does and that came across in his delivery. The course was so knowledgeable and from where I started to now I feel so much more confident in my abilities in caring and the proper delivery of care. The delivery of primary intervention first enabled me to understand the importance of de escalating a situation and how this should be the immediate reaction primarily. I really enjoyed the course and feel as though it was largely beneficial to me and I definitely would recommend to others.

Was such an insightful course and some of the stories and teaching techniques! have inspired me to care to the best of my ability and promote good practices to aid in the best care that can be provided.

The course was delivered incredibly professionally and was very informative. The standard was exceptional. Overall, I feel the team were confident in PBS and the interventions by the end of the 3 days. The trainer was enthusiastic and responsive to all the varied skill set within the team. I have been in residential care for over 15 years. I must have to say Lee was very transparent delivering the PBS. I feel like I've gained alot of knowledge in descalating when a young person is in crisis. I felt the PI holds was brilliant. Lee was very supportive in difficult situations. I really enjoyed his knowledge and experience as Lee was very transparent with delivering his massage. This will help me when working with the young people.

Learn a lot has given me more confidence

Solid training, very well descriptive with real life examples given per topic. Given a good insight on people with different Psychological minds. Practical very well taught and made understood personally 1 by 1. Both trainers Ben & Liam. Friendly and have great knowledge and know how to deliver in point

I'm so glad the course will really help my career

This course/ training was amazing, honestly this was one of the best course I’ve ever been on. Really got to learn new and very different skills which has helped to understand what my job is as a security officer. Ben and Liam are stars I have really liked the way they conducted this course.
