It was an interesting course and an educating one at that. The trainer did a great job by teaching some important skills and practicals on how to enjoy working with residents. She’s indeed a fantastic trainer!

Practical teaching with real life examples. Excellent

The course was very well put together with a mix of practical and theory both relevant to the area I work in. There is so much I can take forward and use in my practice.
