RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention reviews

4.9 (6,253 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, safety-focused learning is the course’s defining strength: attendees say it links clear theory on positive behaviour support, de-escalation, law, dignity and least-restrictive practice to step-by-step demonstrations, realistic scenarios and repeated practice. They value knowledgeable, patient and approachable trainers who use humour, lived experience and feedback to keep demanding subjects engaging, inclusive and easy to understand. The well-organised sessions build confidence that transfers directly to supporting children, patients and service users at work, although some find the theory lengthy.

Response: Hi Annabel. Thank you for your feedback. I’m pleased to hear that the information, diagrams, and overall delivery supported your understanding, and that you found the session enjoyable. Your comments are appreciated.

Genuinely all three of these days have been excellent. I have had Ben for session 1 and today session 3. Excellent trainer, engaging and friendly. Some emotive topics discussed, but done with professionalism and to with ease. The holds felt safe and easy to remember. It will improve my practice and understanding. Hopefully I will never have to use, but would feel confident if I did

Very good interactive session. I have enjoyed all PBS training and find it invaluable in the clinical area. The lessons learned in restraint should help keep my patients and myself safe should it come to that. Thank you very much
