Brilliant course , really enjoyed the theory the most. Made me think about different ways I can de-escalate our patients. Very valuable for practice.

The course was very informative. Some informative information that allowed me to think of ways I could have handled certain situations better in terms of wording. Breakaway techniques very useful

Great course! Second and last part were really helpful! First part was an overview on level 1 but I only did it a few weeks ago so was slightly repetitive. Other parts were amazing though
