It was an outstanding training. I was most impressed with how our new Relationship Policy was referenced throughout the training and the exceptional skills Rachael has with regard to fully understanding the Policy. It was a great mix of serious content with humour and relevant stories. The training exceeded my already high expectations. Thank you.
