The course has helped me to get better understanding to deal with complex dementia affected people with less risk of hazzard. The resources were rich enough to get a clear view how to interact people to ensure setting events, escalation and managing behaviour concern stage, de escalation and learning stage. Grateful and appreciate this type of training for carers to ensure quality of service.
