Very educative and important training for my role as a support worker

Really great session, Liam was Informative and allowed us to ask questions. He was active and thorough. I have learnt a lot and have a few things that I want to take back and implement in my service for example adding breakaway practice to our weekly/monthly checks.
Liam was very friendly and approachable, he’s answered all of our questions in detail and explained everything in detail
Liam provided great insight into PBS. And kept my attention at all times. He also provided myself with feedback and further information I asked for training.
