I felt that Scott delivered an amazing training session. I had the training almost 4 years ago with a Sherwood Trainer and it has surprised me how much I have retained from then. Scott has a brilliant attitude towards training and also discussions about the training and similar scinarios which have happened in general life and not in a work place. The only critisism is the slide show not being up to date and accurate.Response : Thanks so much for the thoughtful feedback. His ability to connect the material to real-life scenarios clearly made a strong impact. Regarding the slideshow, you're absolutely right to flag that. Excellent delivery from Ben. Always engaging and knowledgable. Made the session fun but also kept it relatable and informative. Overall great course for any frontline staff member.

Great facilitator Great content and leaning Slightly repetitive on day 2 but understand you need to recap again and some things you may have forgotten. Overall I would recommend. Thanks Ben for making it enjoyable, I've learn so much.

Great course, very interactive. Ben supported with extra tips outside the course and how we can apply PBS to different questions we had.

Really enjoyed the training. I got to practice the breakaway techniques which were really useful. I will be practicing these at home!!! I don’t think an afternoon break is needed so would be good to be given a group choice ?? Some elements repetitive from the first day but a good recap all the same :) thanks so much Ben!

Really good interactive session. Loved hearing about the personal and real life stories and examples - really puts things into perspective. Really good to practice breakaway skills. The content was very good. I enjoyed learning the content and feel much more confident that I have more tools to tackle people with behaviours that challenge. It was useful to recap some of the content from the level one day
