Kieran was very in depth with the course and made sure we understood everything before he moved on to the next module. All questions were answered well. I learnt a lot.
The session was very interactive, informative and quite educative. I had a great learning time as the instructor was top notch and quite professional., Friendly and listens to our questions and proffer appropriate solutions

Very helpful and useful. Trainer is very knowledgeable and happy to help and have good constructive feedback. He taught us the content and then also went on to teach us how this will be good practice within our workplaces. Nothing bad to say.

A good reflective course. Liam knew his subject matter. I think breakaway techniques should be done at the end.
