Ben was an Awsome amazing teacher , the information he provided was excellent 👌 I have taken on board so much and know I can keep my individuals safe as well as myself and others.

The couse was very informative and enjoyable the trainer was very engaging delivering information and techniques in an interactive way allowing information to be retained with ease. I am certainly leaving this course with skills that will be beneficial to both myself and service users.

Bite sized learning that you can digest with humour has lead to this training not being boring lot of experience from Ben and experience and wants to hear what we have to say not strict which had lead to a light environment very easy to join in will actually look forward to any refresher courses in the future which I have not look forward to training in general but very useful and practical skills which I will use in my work
Awsome I will take every I have learnt we with me to keep my individuals safe myself and everyone else Ben was an amazing teacher with excellent skills it was a fabulous two days trying , loved it .
