The refresher was great ,I learned a lot

Well presented but a bit in depth in places. A lot of the course was more geared to clients in residential care with learning disabilities and some of the techniques are not appropriate for the community based clients i support, but overall interesting and some good points to take away from the day.

I really enjoyed the course and would like to be a trainer in the future
It’s a wonderful training from day 1. Educative and so much that I have learnt . No doubt it’s going to be life time experience. The trainers are so professional and intellectual. I can’t wait for more. Big thanks and kudos to the organisers.
