I found the course absolutely fantastic the best training course I have ever been on! Ben our trainer was brilliant very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience so he know what he’s talking about. Would definitely do this course again, I have learnt so much which I can now transfer into my day to day work practices. I would 100% recommend this course to anyone, those that don’t even work in care this course enables you to explore why people behave they way we do and how to deal with situations. Absolutely brilliant!!!

Fantastic trainer fantastic course have really learnt a lot on this 2 day course even though I have a severe health condition I managed to do the whole course with no problems because Ben was very imformative
Learn a lot of new techniques have not done this training before so it was informative. Theory was good as we got to learn how to better support our young persons to reduce behaviours of concern or to understand them. And what we can do to keep them at baseline thus reducing the need for RPI.
