Very good and informative. A lot of practical learning which enabled a deeper understanding of the techniques taught. Liam was considerate and attentive to detail, giving regular and appropriate breaks when necessary. All in all a well rounded course that gives care workers a stronger point of reference in relation to safety handling, restrictive and non-restrictive techniques

Fantastic trainer and very knowledgeable and I feel like I have come away with a lot more information on how to deal with situations and better knowledge on how to manage people's baselines and deesculate situations
Really interesting. Learnt lots of ways to positively interact and defuse situations within my job. Was given new ideas to look for cues and how to diffuse situations
I have really enjoyed this course, I am satisfied. I can definitely apply this not just at work but in my daily life. Now I understand how service users and anyone I come across. I am glad I came for this course. My tutor is good at explaining and I understood each and every bit of the course. I would come again if possible
