Lee was very informative and relatable. Makes you think more about what may be causing the behaviour and how to prevent it escalating which is the best option. Lee was very open and helped us all to feel comfortable. I enjoyed understanding the psychology behind escalating behaviour.
Really informative day delivered by Lee! Recap and further explanation of day 1 was really effective. The practice and breakdown of breakaway techniques were really effective and discussions of possible scenarios of how to de-escalate. Relevant to all areas!
