This was an excellent and amazing course with lots of interesting information and topics which is very essential to apply in the practice. Liam was very thorough with all the course content and knowledgeable.

I enjoyed the course, interactive and very informative. Learned a lot from our instructor Liam and it is essential for every staff to learn the importance of these tactics when looking after patients and families who are delirious, agitated or pose a Physical threat to staff. It is so useful for women , it empowers them to protect themselves in the community and use these tactics as self defence when they find themselves in vulnerable situations. Liam was so good, five stars for his enjoyable class.

Excellent delivery style. Very engaging . Validated some of my current practices but also highlighted where can do more and look at behaviours in different ways to help support customers more professional way
