Ben is Amazing . He made and explained everything in steps until everybody understood and he made sure everyone understood everything and then he tested everyone at the end and it was amazing to do this course…

Overall the course was good, Ben was very friendly and welcoming. Suggestion would be in the TNA would be to share the gaps in the staffs knowledge demonstrated through their work history. For example a lot of the staff struggling with engagement at primary level, different activities and record keeping. Some areas required more discussion and involvement from the staff. Some staff seemed to coast through some of the knowledge section. Practical was good perhaps more practical during the knowledge section. Overall really positive staff seemed to engage will be good to watch staff and how they put the training into use.
