Amazing trainer, this course has made me reevaluate my working practices and personal situation. Lee was so approachable and happy to answer questions and make suggestions about specific situations. I believe that this training will massively help guide staff in a better way of working with our customers.

Lee was patient with us, he listened and explained clearly. I really enjoyed the course and look forward to my refresher course. He was very expressive and I feel he bought the best out of me . He was open and honest and I felt I could do the same .

Lee was absolutely brilliant. I entered the training course, not expecting to learn anything useful due to the nature of the people in my service.
