Today’s training has been amazing, Kirstie has given many examples from her experience and has motivated me to be the best care provider just like her. I learnt to be more empathatic towards my coworkers even if they are having a bad day. I am going to be more understanding about other people’s sotustion and not jump to stereotypes.

Very informative, I will use the arousal model and try to understand patients and their triggers to prevent behaviour of concern
