This course was really well presented. Very informative and interesting. Ben was amazing at delivery the course and keeping us all thinking and interacting throughout. There’s not many courses that keep your attention all day but this is one of them. I definitely feel as though I have learnt a lot about behaviour and I will be able to use this in my practice. Looking forward to booking on to day 2 :)

The course was very interesting and informative. Ben was very helpful and explained things thoroughly. Learning about the baseline level and how this can be affected by certain factors was very interesting. I now feel more prepared and confident to deal with stressful situations involving patients within the workplace. I look forward to putting these skills into action.
