Ben was totally engaging and held the room throughout the session. The course was really engaging and has made me think about my own behaviours at work with team members as well as patients. Will always remember to ask ‘what’s wrong’ going forward. Having the interaction with the group really made the course hit home more. Thank you so much.

I enjoyed looking at the causes of behaviour and thinking about which interventions were appropriate at each stage. I got most benefit from being able to discuss cases and thing about how I’d use the learning in those situations. Grateful that I can use the learning at home as well as in work

The trainer, Ben was extremely experienced and this ensured that the training experience was engaging and effective. This highlighted the importance of being in person with a professional, knowledgeable trainer compared to elearning which in contrast can be a tick box exercise. I would highly recommend this course and commend Ben as a trainer

Ben made this sections very interesting . It has greatly influenced my understanding of people's baseline and how we can support rather then put restrictive measures as first choice.

The course was very interesting. Ben was fun and engaging and got the best out of all the attendees. I learnt a lot today about how to interact with patients considered as challenging, and I can't wait to put this into practice. This course would not be anywhere near as good if it was just online
