Very useful, relevant, clear. Delivered with clear knowledge and experience as well as humour and relatability. Shame it was so long, I faded a bit. There was a lot to cover. We finished early so that’s welcome.

I found this training very helpful and I have left ready to apply this knowledge to my practice. The speaker was very engaging and I found particularly helpful all the examples of behaviour of concern she provided. There were several opportunities to work with colleagues and reflect on our own pupils.

Liam was very interactive which helped as it was a long day. Made it easy to understand. The material was helping and useful and I feel it could be easily implemented into practice. I feel this is necessary training and would be good if it could be delivered to student nurses during the training- especially the theory to understand triggers and communication issues
