I think Natalie handled the various personalities in the room well, and demonstrated assertive behaviour throughout the course. The content was great and I have more tools to help me be assertive in my personal and professional life

I found the course to be really valuable. It was more in-depth than others i have been on, using physiology as an underpinning approach. In that respect I could see how our thoughts and opinion impact on behaviours which was very enlightening. Very thought provoking day. Thank you.

Attended remotely so unable to rate the venue. Found the course interesting, but not sure entirely how it will relate to my role.
I did not have any emails prior to the course regards start/ finish times other than the lunch requirements of which are very limited perhaps the pret voucher could be given as an option going forward.

I enjoyed the course and found all of the content very useful and the trainer very good and knowledgeable. I would have liked to have worked through the booklet in a more methodical way so that all topics were covered, as I felt we didn't cover the entire range of topics that the course advertised which is a shame. It's also very generous to provide lunch but don't feel this is necessarily required, although refreshments were very much appreciated.
Overall I thought the course was really well delivered and the material was useful. It absolutely flew by and was very enjoyable. For me it was mostly a reminder of things that I had heard before and whilst it did encourage me to go and practice in the real world, it would be great if there was a way to keep the learning alive.
