Good course.. beneficial and thought provoking

They value warm, clear and thoughtful facilitators who listen, read the room and adapt to different needs, while using varied, interactive activities, case studies and relevant scenarios to make the learning practical. Attendees appreciate the reflective pace, inclusive discussions and useful frameworks and tools they can apply in workplace and personal conversations, with the booklet offering a helpful reference afterwards.
