Very well designed and paced. Correct amount of challenge for everyone

A little out dated material and felt a little tired and worn out Too much of ‘tricks’ which derail some of the tasks…

The program is well structured and very fruitfull. Helping in knowing the strengs and points for improvement and give a road map to improve your leadership.

Great venue, great team, very challenging and rewarding week. Learned a lot about myself and others, but most importantly about what our personal power is.

This is one of my best program I ever attended. I would recommend revisiting the language of the write up to make it easier for a non English speaker as I felt at times I needed more time to comprehend the content.

Exceptional, life-changing experience!

I came with an open mind but not sure how this week was going to go. I leave now feeling more confident, knowing how I want to lead people and with a new group of people that I really connected with.

Was an amazing eye opening experience, which really pushed me to express myself in ways I wouldn’t have otherwise, opened my eyes on how enhancing my areas of improvement can be achieved and further developing my strengths. Course facilitators were extremely committed to the cause and ensuring we get 110% out of the week. Facilities were amazing, activities were amazing and the projects enabled a practical element to put the theory into practice. Overall, an amazing week!

A truly inspirational week, learnt a lot, laughed a lot, developed and made new connections for life. A very empowering experience and ultimately life changing opportunity.

I had no idea what to expect but I feel genuine gratitude towards the course and the people I’ve met. It’s not often you get to take a week out of your life to work on yourself and the idea of leaving my busy life was uncomfortable. I have learned an incredible amount about myself and feel that it will benefit my life beyond just my work
