A truly inspirational week, learnt a lot, laughed a lot, developed and made new connections for life. A very empowering experience and ultimately life changing opportunity.

I had no idea what to expect but I feel genuine gratitude towards the course and the people I’ve met. It’s not often you get to take a week out of your life to work on yourself and the idea of leaving my busy life was uncomfortable. I have learned an incredible amount about myself and feel that it will benefit my life beyond just my work

Excellent course, well programmed and excellent staff

The activity instructors were exceptional. The food was excellent and the program pushed me to the limit.

The course is excellent however, sleeping hours are less. Venue is good however room is not comfortable including toilet.

The course was very comprehensive, informative and technical for leaders to attend. Despite the dense and extended hours through out the week, which is designed to be so. Overall it was a fantastic course and really enjoyed it and much enjoyed being part of lovely group with different backgrounds and experience. The team facilitator made the course enjoyable.

It digs deep into finding the smaller things that matter the most. It’s the 1 and 2% that really matters that sometimes others cannot find.
