The course was challenging, exhilarating and fun and gave some personal learning points as a senior leader which were different to other courses I have been on.

A good, varied and intensive course which kept my interest the entire time.

The leadership trust has been like no other leadership course I’ve experienced before. The way it’s meticulously setup to teach us lessons through failure and experience. It’s made me really think deeply about my behaviour, actions and emotions and how that effects the team I lead.
