I had a very positive experience with the Leadership Trust course. The program created a safe and engaging environment where I was able to reflect on my own leadership style, gain new insights, and practice skills that will help me build stronger relationships and lead with greater impact.

Very good overall Tasks with more of an end goal/prize would keep fresh. Too many too quick lost its meaning and effectiveness Facilitator role good but helping the group more not just keeping on track but with more informed feedback. I think room turned into an amateur psychiatrists rather than helping about work I got feedback from colleagues this was best course they have done in our space and I understand why. Very effective for sure and glad that I’ve achieved the end goal Managed to get clear goals during as was unsure how to explain but the content helped me get there. Tan very good and good poker face!
