I was initially skeptical about the leadership trust due to past reservations about management programmes, that were on reflection unfounded and based on prejudices. The leadership trust surpassed all expectations and has truly made a massive impact, an entertaining, engaging and formative week that I’d recommend to anyone at all stages of their leadership journey

This is by far the best training program I have been in. World class content, and organising and facilitation. It is an experience that I will never forget, and relationships that have left an impact on me for good. I hope I can keep contact with the people I got close to so we can continue this friendship that was created in these 5 days.

I already heard alot of positive things about the program which worried me that i might be let down after the hype. But it was so effectively structured, strongly facilitated with tangible lessons to be learned it restored my faith in leadership development programs. The reviews and strong facilitation of those dicussions were the most effective part of the program.
