This has been an exceptional programme that exceeded my expectations. From the course design and facilitation to the coaching and peer learning, every element was purposeful and impactful. The LM programme has fundamentally reshaped how I understand and practice leadership, and I am extremely grateful for the experience and the lasting value it has created for me both personally and professionally.

Just wrapped up the Leadership Trust programme — and what an experience. Incredible people, incredible content, and one of the most intense weeks I’ve done in a long time, maybe ever. It really pushes you — not just in how you lead others, but how you understand yourself. There’s nowhere to hide, but that’s exactly where the value is. The learning is real, practical, and it sticks. I’m walking away with a lot to reflect on, a lot to work on, and a lot of appreciation for the people I went through it with. If you get the opportunity to do it — take it. It’s tough, but absolutely worth it. Appreciate the team running in.
