Course was highly beneficial, informative, helpful and practical sessions for fieldwork / situations where conflict avoidance may be necessary to descalate.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the course and found it a great benefit to me in my role.
Thomas provided us with great information and the delivery was excellent. Overall it was a very good training session and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn and improve their knowledge in prevention and management of aggression and violence in the workplace.
