Course was very good but if I decide to run it for my team in 2026, I think it would be better to do it in person with some more role plays to engage the attendees.

More consumsr related for my job as opposed to field trips. I work at a visitor site therefore visitor setvices would be useful.

It covered every aspect of what we come across on a day to day basis.

Online trainer simplified the course content punctuated with relevant examples from his own work experience. He used humour throughout which was good and effective.

Overall an excellent coarse, well delivered and relevant to my work.
