Already had a grounding in weekly testing of sterilisers but found the course useful in plugging the gaps in my knowledge. The course was presented in an easy to follow informative style. Very enjoyable and beneficial.

Good course, covered everything with plenty of explanation. Clarified any queries I had about weekly testing.

Great course

Kieth really did find a way to teach us and even though we was all at different stages before hand I feel he still manage to get the importance of the overall course to us all

Electronic course work on laptops or ipad would be good. Some questions were poorly worded. I think 30nwritten questions was to much some multiple choice would have been better learning as a lot of the ISO numbers were hard to remember.

The way Keith presents the course makes it really enjoyable and informative.

Some power points and information in notes don’t give same information

Course notes would have been better in colour and also having some charts in A3 A course closer to London would be good overall the course was good but there's a lot to learn so maybe 5 days would be better

Thoroughly enjoyed the course, a great refresher! Excellent training venue and Hotel Facilities. I hoping to use AVM again for myself and certainly some of my staff at Coventry

Possibly due to lack of organisation and venue, I feel the practical sessions and assessments were incomplete and rushed. The PowerPoint was admittedly outdated. The trainer was professional and overcame problems. His knowledge was excellent.
