A couple of times I have had issues with accessing the assessment part of the course as after watching the videos they wouldn't mark as complete.Response : Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to let us know about the issue you experienced. After reviewing your account, we can see that the system did not register the videos as fully completed, which prevented access to the assessment. Please note that in order to unlock the assessment, the learning platform requires the video content to be watched in full. It appears there may have been an attempt to skip ahead, which the system does not allow and will result in the video not being marked as complete. We recommend allowing the video to play through to the end without skipping to ensure it registers correctly. If you continue to experience any issues, please don’t hesitate to get in touch—we're happy to help.

the course was not relavent to doing the autoclave. this is more at engineer level. does not explain or show how to do the autoclave, going away still needing training on how to do it.

Printers made major errors that lead to difficulties during the course. Not all slides on the presentation were accurate, trainers provided corrections at the time, but the slides should be corrected, as these materials are used after the course to revise and advise during work. I also feel another day on the course would have been beneficial, due to the quantity of content we are expected to learn.Response : II apologise for that again Andrew. As I said at the course. You will be sent the corrected materials as soon as they are available.

Not taylored properly to the relevant equipment we are required to carry out htm validation on. Too long of a course that could be condensed into 3/4 days if teaching is streamlined more efficiently.

The course was worth while, however it would have been more beneficial to me if the course was designed for the pharma industry. The trainer was good, pleasant and knowledgeable on his subject , but maybe the course could have been squeezed into 3 full days instead of 5. many thanksResponse : Hi Paul, We are keen to develop a more suitable course for the pharma industry. The present course duration is necessary to cater for the less experienced candidates.

Too many people on the course.Response : Dear Scott Thank you for your comments regarding our recent Porous Load Annual Testing course. AVM takes the quality and delivery of its training courses very seriously and the number of candidates per course is an important part of that assessment. In order to maintain quality AVM recommends a maximum number of 4 candidates per course. Where course organisers request larger groups we insist that the organiser provide assurances that there is sufficient facilities and equipment available to accommodate a larger group. These assurances were provided. AVM will follow up with the organiser to ensure this problem will not reoccur. Regards AVM training team.
