I can honestly say i found the course to be of great value , i have gained significant aditional knowledge under Luke Masons professional style of teaching, this all aided by his real world experience within the industry . The course struture of class room and site practical testing worked very well with hand out material/ document's being very relevant, i entered the exam feeling completely prepared

Good course and knowledgable trainer

Really good course and Kieth is very knowledgeable.

Both courses where well presented (first day was a bit long as it was in room) all in all good four days.

Everything went well but the trainer did note a couple errors amongst the materials/handouts.

The course was very well outlined and will undoubtedly help participants gain a comprehensive understanding of quality processes and their significance. It is particularly beneficial for individuals whose job roles require compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS). The content is both informative and practical, making it easier to apply the knowledge in real-world scenarios
