The course content was excellent. It would have been useful to have a handout or workbook at the end of the course for practice purposes and consolidating the learning when you return to your own desk.
Response: Hi Alison - I will email a copy of the course workbook to Marie now. We do have this, but we have found it best to send it by pdf as it is quite a large document and not every page is required! Hope this helps :)
