I was given wrong information on the location of the training which caused a lot of frustration and anxiety and took up a lot of time. Lack of car parking facilities. Course content and trainer excellentResponse : We are sorry your start to the day proved a little more frustrating than it should have, Heather, was most definitely not our intention. Procedures have been put in place to ensure this doesn't happen again. Delighted to see you took a lot away from the training itself though.
