Trainer was excellent, obviously well experienced, kept all participants involved and made sure we understood before moving on. Course delivered in a great way and made it possible to maintain my interest through what could have been quite a "dry" course.

The training overall was really helpful and provided me with the skills I was looking for. The only negative for me was the role play, it just felt awkward at times and didn't help me practice the skills properly.
