This training was very good. The trainer engaged with us through out the day and answered any questions very thoroughly. He had extensive knowledge in everything to do with Reception/Customer service and was very confident in what he was saying.
Lunch was fantastic! Certainly the perfect pick me up that we needed :)

The course was well delivered in comfortable surroundings. The course tutor was excellent on the delivery of the topic at hand. I feel that I have absorbed and learned a lot from his experience in the field.
Simon was friendly and engaging and the course content was easy to follow and interesting. I have taken away a good few points which i will put into practice to assist with my time management going forward. Lots of helpful hints and tips too. Very good course!
I enjoyed the course, I didn't know word could actually do as much.
I thought it was a very worthwhile course to attend.
