I thoroughly enjoyed the course.

Overall, I thought the course was very well presented. The Hospitality I received on the day was lovely, and everyone was very welcoming. I believe the course answered questions that I have been unsure of. the PowerPoint was well laid out and wasn't over flowing with information which made it easy to follow.

This training was very good. The trainer engaged with us through out the day and answered any questions very thoroughly. He had extensive knowledge in everything to do with Reception/Customer service and was very confident in what he was saying.

The course was well delivered in comfortable surroundings. The course tutor was excellent on the delivery of the topic at hand. I feel that I have absorbed and learned a lot from his experience in the field.

Simon was friendly and engaging and the course content was easy to follow and interesting. I have taken away a good few points which i will put into practice to assist with my time management going forward. Lots of helpful hints and tips too. Very good course!
