Thank you very much for running this course, I have learnt new tools to manage stakeholders and understood different communication styles and how to “flex” between them to allow better collaboration.
Paula was an excellent facilitator. I really enjoyed the course she was engaging and actively got everyone to interact and participate with each other.

The trainer Callum was great, very friendly and approachable. He asked me a lot of questions about what i wanted to get out of the course and what we could do to make the most of the time together. He went into great detail about different problems and issues I was having, he then showed me solutions to these which was fantastic! Thanks again.
