A very enjoyable and well designed course. I feel I have come away from the course well equipped with new tools and the knowledge on how to improve my training skills.
i found the course to be very inciteful and interesting. i liked the fact it was over zoom also as this eliminates travel. the trainer made me feel very comfortable and was helpful when i did not have a copy of the workbook
marion was nice and friendly realy made me feel welcolme on to the course
The course itself was a big eye opener, and there are elemtnts that i will take away that, will help my style of training in the future.
Good course. was nice to get on with some other people from other SCOTTS sites and get to know them. Gillian was great, and was helpful with any questions we had.
