Good course, very useful and good discussions and examples

I really enjoyed the course which was helped considerably by a trainer who has significant practical experience of the subject and therefore was able to provide examples of practical application of the subject rather than abstract theory.

Marion is fantastic and most importantly practises what she preaches - I could tell when she was taking a coaching approach within our conversation and it was really interesting to see how that progressed from the other side and how it made me feel. It is going to change how I approach conversations in work, eg. with my team members, but also in life eg. with my children. She has also equipped me with the ability to develop these skills further by telling me about further reading and approaches I can research and explore.

Brian had clearly taken the time to find out my experience before hand and he tailored the training session to meet my needs. He adapted the course from a group session to a one-one workshop which worked very well. The course met my objectives and I found Brian's relaxed, conversational style of training worked very well. He regularly checked with me that the course was fulfilling my requirements throughout the session. I went away from it with new tools and confidence in my ability as a technical writer.

Course presentation slides where a bit distracting and not all content visible, but the trainer was well prepared and the course was very good overall.
