Marion was very clear and precise to listen too. Very good and engaging at delivering the course. I didn't lose interest at any point which sometimes can happen in training courses

Overall this was a very informative course with a knowledgeable instructor.
The course was well delivered and Paula was a very good instructor. The only comment I would make would be it would be good to get some further reading and reference material - it was mentioned in the session but some references would be helpful . The only negative was the SL training information which I was given less than 24 hours before the course and had to ask for the links for the teams because they didn’t send the e mail out.
