Really enjoyed the course. Definitely put my mind at ease for future report writing and gave me some good tips to take away.
The course was well delivered and Paula was a very good instructor. The only comment I would make would be it would be good to get some further reading and reference material - it was mentioned in the session but some references would be helpful . The only negative was the SL training information which I was given less than 24 hours before the course and had to ask for the links for the teams because they didn’t send the e mail out.
Great facilitator - Paula. We had plenty of engagement throughout the session, perfect for a professional communications course.
Excellent course that was delivered in a very fun, engaging and professional manner. I will use alot of what I learnt straight away in my role. Thank you.
