THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE OF THE COUSRE OVER THE LAST FEW DATES HAVE BEEN GREAT - HAVING BEEN ABLE TO PUT SOME OF IT INTO PRACTISE BACK AT BRANCH THE ACTIVITIES ON THE LAST COURSE WHERE SUPER - A BREAK UP TO THE USUAL 'CLASSROOM' SCENARIO

Go so much from this course, came back equipped to deal with a few issues at branch more clearly and professional. loved the activities, definitely got my mind going in ways its not used too.

I thought the course was very enjoyable and particularly driven to suit our business, Joe makes the training very engaging and involves everyone's participation.

Although I have covered most of the content in previous training sessions over past times I still feel it`s important to refresh and taking the course with different delegates often means as in this case that different ideas are shared, different questions asked and a varied subject matter discussed. Joe (the trainer) mixes up the training, changing the groups and encourages participation and it all adds up to an enjoyable and fruitful couple of days.

The course highlighted the need for gathering data and resources, Against the background of limited resources we do get things done ( possibly too much dependence on the individual) Some techniques and processes discussed should provide improvement in projects or better transparency in the effectiveness of the project management.

Really enjoyable day. My expectation was met by an excellent trainer and course content in ideal surroundings.

Prior to the course, the communication I received from both Eileen and Nicola was exceptional. I felt really looked after and any queries I had was answered to my satisfaction. The trainer, Peter Waggott, was very, very helpful. I enjoyed his company and he provided me with the enthusiasm I will need to take my career to the next step(s). He was very knowledgeable and I found his methods of practice very relatable and easy to understand. It would be nice to cross paths with him again. The training room was very clean and perfect to the course's requirements.

I really enjoyed the course and I feel like I have gained a lot more knowledge and have came away with things to practice.

Course focus was part Health & Safety, part Risk Management. We were expecting a higher % of the course to be directed at the risk management side of things.
