This particular module could easily be delivered over two days as there is such a lot of information to take in. The handbook was an excellent tool to use especially as it was a virtual delivery. Excellent subject knowledge by Amanda & thoroughly enjoyed the topic! Feeling positive about this assignment that I was previously dreading! Thank you!
Coaching and support was ideal for my learning style. Good level of feedback to support the desired completion timescale and quality. Some of the classroom sessions could have been more engaging / useful - in particular the exam sessions - but, again, this could be more down to my particular learning style.
At times I felt unsupported and would have preferred maybe 1 face to face session per module.
Louise Hill (my assessor) was great! Patient and helpful and ensured I had everything I needed to pass!
Overall a worthwhile course, materials however were sometimes difficult to navigate as were the resources available. Also found the website cumbersome and awkward to navigate.
Great knowledge of facilitator, answers questions thoroughly and clearly. Learn a lot through discussion.
I enjoyed the workshop and it was great to meet others on the course. The trainer was nice and it was an informative session which has given me further confidence to be able to start the assignment.
I really enjoyed the day. The venue and facilities were great and Evelyn really bought the module to life creating a nice amount of energy in the room. She was absolutely brilliant at allowing and enabling fluidity throughout the day, patiently and fully answering all questions as we went. I left feeling far more knowledgeable and excited to start my module. Thank you.
Christine was lively & was happy to make further explanation around anything we didn’t quite understand the first time. Great venue, very easy to find
