The course was not only professionally run but also enjoyable and fast paced. At no point was I left not knowing what to do or how to proceed with the subject matter. The training was diverse and not all desk based with opportunity to work with different people on seperate sections of the coursework. Faultless delivery - trainer had a super demeanor and was very engaging throughout.

Windowless room is not ideal, but otherwise ok. Need more power sockets in room to support going paperless

The high scores are down to the delivery, which is all down to Elaine Wood. It is so clear that Elaine genuinely cares, she wants you to do well and have all the tools and knowledge to succeed. Elaine has made a huge difference to my CIPD experience. Without her guidance, care and support I doubt I would be on track with my learning. I am now looking forward to the workshops and the rest of the course. If Watson Martin have a recognition award please give it to Elaine. Fantastic engagement, delivery and style. Thank you so much. I really enjoyed this session. Joe had included activites for us to complete which felt really aligned with the work activities we have to complete. the session was really interactive and engaging and Joe is able to answer any queries and provide guidance as he has lots of knowledge. he makes the session interactive always ensuring everyone gets a say and provides us with challenges and questions to get us thinking. It was an enjoyable session and I have learnt so much.
